Welcome to the website of the Master Commissioner of the Laurel Circuit Court.

The function of the office of the Master Commissioner is to assist the Laurel Circuit Court in the discharge of its duties and the enforcement of its judgments, as for example, conducting sales of property to satisfy liens, mortgages, or claims of ownership.  This site is dedicated to those types of proceedings.

Pospective bidders should read the information under the tab Bidder Info/FAQ regarding the terms of sale and for other information regarding commissioner sales and the requirements that a bidder must meet.
